DLMS/COSEM Compliance Testing (as per IS 15959 Part 2 & 3)

We perform rigorous DLMS/COSEM open protocol testing to certify conformance with IS 15959 and IEC 62056 standards. This ensures seamless data exchange for electricity meter reading, tariff, and load control, which is critical for interoperability within the smart grid ecosystem

Accuracy and Performance Testing (as per IS & IEC )

Our fully automated test benches measure meter accuracy and performance across a range of conditions, verifying compliance with accuracy classes defined in IS and IEC meter series standards. We test single-phase, three-phase, and multifunction meters to ensure they perform reliably under real-world load conditions

Insulation Resistance (IR) Test

An Insulation resistance (IR) test is an electrical test that measures how effectively the insulation in cables, windings, and other components resists current flow when a high DC voltage is passed through it. The primary purpose of the Insulation resistance test is to measure how good the resistance of that material is. If we have a high resistance, it means that it has good insulation. It is essential to have good insulation, since it prevents short circuits, shocks, fires, leakage currents, and equipment damage, ensuring both equipment safety and reliability. An insulation resistance tester, also called a megohmmeter or megger, applies a high DC voltage to stress the insulation slightly and detect degradation, moisture, or contamination in insulation, revealing weaknesses that won’t show at low voltages.

Impulse Voltage Test

The generator features 10 discrete voltage levels ranging from 0.5 kV to 8.0 kV, each delivering 0.5 J of energy at its nominal setting. It includes a 7-inch capacitive color touch panel for easy programming with interactive parameter input, helpful text, and graphic aids.

Test For Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC testing)

Electromagnetic compatibility testing (EMC testing) is a type of electrical test in which a series of tests is performed on a device to measure and determine its ability to work function satisfactorily in its intended electromagnetic environment, without inducing any intolerable electromagnetic interference to anything or being affected by the electromagnetic disturbance from other systems or equipment. In conclusion, EMC testing requirements are designed so that we are able to set up the equipment containing electrical, mechanical, or electronic components at the correct level of electromagnetic immunity. Thereby, we can ensure the reliable operation of electronic equipment
